On the morning of March 17, 2025, Phu Thanh Holdings solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the UTOPIA Villas & Resort project in Lac Thuy, Hoa Binh, marking the beginning of a mega resort township development spanning up to 200 hectares.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the UTOPIA Villas & Resort project was attended by nearly 300 guests, including representatives of local authorities, Phu Thanh Holdings as the project developer, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
