Job Description
Position: Receivables Accountant / Revenue Accountant
Responsibilities

Update and monitor lease contracts, service agreements, and customer receivables.

Record changes to customer information throughout the contract period.

Issue debit notes and record customer receivables.

Issue debit notes for service charges payable by customers.
-
Record receivables on behalf of companies within the Group.

Provide payment details to the Accounts Payable team for internal debt settlement at month-end.

Verify and record cash and bank receipts from customers.

Reconcile with software systems to confirm received payments.
-
Update receivables and payments by customer and invoice.

Reconcile advance payments by customers via cash or bank transfer (payment orders) as per information from the Sales/Customer Service Department and bank receipts.

Monitor approved credit limits assigned by the Board of Directors.

Track and manage overdue receivables, promptly notify Sales/Customer Service/Management for follow-up; report doubtful debts to company leadership.

Reconcile and confirm large receivable balances as requested by the Chief Accountant.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Banking.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Strong skills in data synthesis, analysis, and evaluation; ability to organize and manage work efficiently.

Good communication and coordination skills; proficient in accounting software, Excel, and Word.
